Lifelong Learning as We Age Benefits Both Mind and Body

A healthy mix of physical and intellectual activity as we age helps us maintain our overall well-being.  We can preserve a healthy body and a healthy mind, delaying, mitigating, or even eliminating the onset of physical injuries, plus ailments like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

REGISTRATION:

Registration for Town of Amherst residents begins at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of registration. Nonresident members may register beginning at 12:00 noon the same day.

This registration process provides Town of Amherst residents with priority access before registration opens to nonresident members.
